Grilled Snapper Fish with Ratatouille
* Ingredient
• Snapper fish 150g
• Green peppers 10g
• Green zucchini 10g
• Red peppers
• Yellow pepper
• Onion 10g
• Tomato paste
• Tomato peel 10g
• Garlic 5g
• Olive oil 20g
* Methods
• Heat up the pan
• Put in the oil and fry the fish then spring
little salt and pepper
• Keep for around 5 to 6 minutes and place on the plate
• Fry onion with the oil
• Put all Ratatouille vegetables along with salt and pepper
• Taste and serve!!!
